Handicap parking is available on-site, close to the main event, for $10. Spaces are designated with standard ADA signage. Rideshare pickup and drop-off is the closest option to the event entrance and is a great alternative for attendees who prefer not to park on-site.

Getting Around the Venue

• The event is held on paved airport ramp surfaces. Most areas are flat and accessible by wheelchair and mobility devices.
• Accessible pathways are maintained throughout the event footprint.
• Event staff and volunteers are available throughout the venue to assist with navigation.

Seating

• ADA seating is available across all viewing zones at no additional charge.
• Designated accessible viewing areas provide clear sightlines to the main stage and airshow flight line.
• Companion seating is available adjacent to all ADA seating areas.

Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are available throughout the event grounds. Locations will be marked on the event map distributed at the gate.

Water & Hydration

Water bottle fill stations are available on-site throughout the event. Staying hydrated is important — especially at an outdoor summer event in Colorado.

Companion Admission

Service Animals

Trained service animals are welcome at the Mile High 150 Expo. Please be aware that the event takes place on an active general aviation airport — service animals must remain under control at all times.

Sensory Considerations

Please be aware that the Mile High 150 Expo includes loud aircraft, live music, fireworks, and drone shows. If you or someone in your group is sensitive to loud sounds or bright lights, we recommend bringing ear protection. Quiet areas will be designated on the event map.
